Dr Aiki Kuldkepp is a Senior Associate of IBFD's Knowledge Center. Before joining IBFD, she worked as a tax adviser at Ernst & Young and KPMG. Further, she has a doctoral degree from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, she has worked as the head of International Tax at the Ministry of Finance and as a lecturer at Tallinn University of Technology, she has published several articles in tax magazines.
