Valéry Civilio

Valéry Civilio began his career in 1993 and joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1995. He is now the head of the tax consulting practice of PwC Luxembourg. Mr Civilio has considerable experience in setting up holding and financing structures as well as in intellectual property planning. He has implemented numerous integrated global structuring projects for international groups (use of hybrid instruments, hybrid entities). Working mainly for US multinationals, Mr Civilio has gained an extensive knowledge of US outbound matters.
