Hans Pijl

Hans Pijl is a partner with Deloitte in Amsterdam and is responsible for Deloitte’s Dutch opinion practice. Previously, he was a partner with Andersen’s and worked for the Dutch revenue service and Ministry of Finance. Mr Pijl is a teacher on the LLM programme for the International Tax Center Leiden, and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He is also a judge in Tax Court of Appeals in the Hague, and the outside expert in the UN sub-Group of Experts for the definition of the PE-Article. Mr Pijl has written numerous articles on international taxation and was the Dutch reporter for the IFA congress in Kyoto 2007.
