Emanuela Santoro

Emanuela Santoro is the Tax Director of Fiat Industrial in Turin as from 15 November 2011. Before joining Fiat Industrial, she worked as a Senior Research Associate in IBFD’s European Knowledge Group. Prior to that, she worked with Allen & Overy and with other major tax firms in Milan. She has gained an extensive experience in international and Italian tax law, and focuses on the areas of domestic and international tax planning, capital markets, structured finance transactions, transfer pricing and EU tax law. Ms Santoro is qualified as an Italian tax adviser (Dottore Commercialista e Revisore Contabile). She obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and an advanced LLM in International Taxation from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
